Dr. Ashrafian completed residency at Loma Linda Medical Center in 2024, and medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2020. 

 

Received multiple awards in residency including 2024 Resident of the Year,  2024 Society of Laparoscopy & Robotic Surgeons Top Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Resident, and 2024 Society of Gynecologic Oncology Outstanding Resident in Gynecologic Oncology. 

 

Areas of interest include individualized care of pregnancy, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, contraception management, and hormone replacement therapy in menopause. 

 

Specialized training and interest in gynecologic aesthetics including labiaplasty and obstetric laceration revisions.  

 

Passionate about chronic pelvic pain and issues of sexual dysfunction, with a unique multidisciplinary approach to treatment. 

 

Dr. Ashrafian speaks English and Farsi. 

 

In her free time, she enjoys exploring new Pilates studios, travelling, gathering with friends and family, and activities at the pool.
